Patrick has more than 25 years of combined experience in raising capital, sales, marketing, finance, operations, engineering, manufacturing, research & development, quality assurance, teaching, and project management. He is also the Founder and President of Leading-Tech Systems Corporation.
Leading-Tech Systems Corporation was established in 1986 as an engineering and management consulting firm. Since its establishment in 1986, Leading-Tech Systems Corporation had completed a wide range of projects for organizations, including BC Hydro, ICBC, BC Buildings Corporation, Worker's Compensation Board, HA Simons, Public Works & Government Services Canada, Transport Canada, Dept of Fisheries and Oceans, Park Royal Shopping Centre, and many other business entities.
Its clientele encompasses both the public and private sectors; including primary industries, secondary industries, high-tech, manufacturing, research & development, service sector, and real estate. Patrick has been providing debt financing and equity financing for real estate investors.
